Template Process
We produce custom templates to match the profile of your dreams.
- We use an axial constant system (20mm) for our templates. If you want something different, please specify.
- Our templates are made with 3/16" thick acrylic plastic. This material is used for its durability.
- We give each template a unique id. If a template gets broken or wore out, you can call us and we can produce an exact template as the original.
OUR PROCESS
- When we recieve your fax, drawing, or sample
- We will make a dimensioned cad drawing and fax it back for approval
- Once we recieve your approval, we will make the template and send it to you.
The first step of our template making process is to make a computer aided drawing of the profile.
Then we transfer it to a CNC template maker to give us a template that matches the cad drawing.

A remake of a template......................$25.00 ea.
