We have two state of the art Raimann rip saws, a Mattison rip saw, and table saws that allow us to cut boards from 1" to 24" wide and up to 3" thick.
With the latest technology and newest equipment, it gives us the ability to rip boards one edge, two edges, and gang ripping.
We have the capacity on our rough planner from 11/16 " to 15" thick and up to 36" wide boards
We have a two head (top and bottom cutting head) finish planner that can handle boards from 1/4" to 6" thick and up to 24" wide.
We use a slanted radio frequency system that has the capability of gluing up to 36" wide boards and up to 16ยด in length.
This is one of two racks we use to hand glue items that don't go through the RFS. It can hold up to 36 inches wide and 16 feet long.
We use a horizontal resaw that is capable of cutting boards up to 10" thick by 12" wide.
We can end match random length up to 8 feet long and 4 inches wide.
Our dry kiln can handle up to 25,000 board feet
Our wide belt sander can handle wood from 1/4" to 6" thick and up to 36" wide with a finish from 60 grit to 220 grit.
