Our process
We have two Weinig Unimat 23's in our facility to handle many custom and standard mouldings up to 9" wide.
This is the newest member of our team. This Weinig U3000 is designed to reduce setup time.
With a sample piece of wood, scan drawing, or computer aided drawing, we can make a template to match using 3/16" plastic.
We use 2 Weinig grinders for all of profile and straight knives.
This brute is our rough planer that can handle up to 15 inches thick and 36 inches wide material.
We use this state of the art northtech for our finish planer that can handle material up to 24 inches wide of material.
We have two of the state of the art Raiman rip saws with the lastest technology.
We can resaw up to 10 inches with this horizontal saw.
We use a slanted Radio Frequency System to do most of our glueing which can handle up to 36 inches wide and 16 feet long.
This is one of two racks we use to hand glue items that don't go through the RFS. It can hold up to 36 inches wide and 16 feet long.
These two machines are used for end matching and finger jointing boards up to 21 feet.
We have serveral types of saws that we use for trimming.
