MOULDING
We have three moulders in our facility that have the capability to run over 900 standard and custom mouldings. We specialize in reproducing rare and custom mouldings.
TEMPLATE MAKING
With a sample piece of wood, scanned or hand drawn, or a cad drawing, we can produce an acrylic template to match what your needs are..
KNIFE GRINDING
We can grind from 1/4" - 3/8" corrigated knife stock up to 3" deep and 9" wide.
PLANNING
Our rough planning capability is from 11/16" to 15" thick and up to 36" wide.
Our finish planing capability is from 1/4" to 6" thick and up to 24" wide.
RIPPING
We have the capability to rip many species from 1" to 24" wide and up to 3" thick
GLUING
We glue by hand and with a slanted radio frequency system that has the capability of gluing up to 36" wide and up to 16' in length.
RESAW
Our resaw has the capability to saw up to 12" wide X 10" thick.
SANDING
Our wide belt sander can handle wood from 1/4" to 6" thick and up to 36" wide with a finish from 60 grit to 220 grit.
FLOORING OR PANELING END MATCHING
We can end match random length up to 4" wide.
DRY KILN
Our dry kiln can handle up to 25,000 board feet.
